Authorize to enter into subgrants with the subrecipients listed in letter dated July 11, 2022, in the total amount not to exceed $401,537.34, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program, for the purpose of expanding and enhancing the Prevention, Enforcement, and Treatment Program. Effective upon G&C approval to September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
