Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract amendment with KPMB Enterprises, LLC, Contoocook, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 1/22/21, item #143), for additional work required on the Rockingham County Courthouse HVAC piping, Brentwood, NH, by increasing the contract by $120,926.89, from $656,000 to $776,926.89, in agreement with Alteration Order NO. 4, dated March 15, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval through May 1, 2023. 100% Capital-State Funds. (2) Further authorize the amount of $9,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $129,929.89. 96% Transfer From Other Agency, 4% Other Funds.
