Authorize to enter into a statewide contract with FirstLight Fiber, Inc., Albany, NY, in an amount up to and not to exceed $130,000 for the purpose of providing the State of New Hampshire with Internet Service Provider Services. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2027, with the option to extend for up to an additional 2 years. Funding shall be provided through individual agency expenditures, under the direction of Department of Office Information Technology none of which shall be permitted unless there are sufficient appropriated funds to cover the expenditure.
