Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite State Automation, LLC, Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 2/20/19, item #12), to add additional services for the Contractor to replace the existing variable air volume terminal unit components with controls and sensor upgrades to improve the temperature and air flow for the air delivery system, by increasing the price limitation by $53,000 from $94,840 to $147,840, with no change to the contract completion date of December 31, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 70% General, 30% Other Funds (Provider Fees and Statewide Energy Efficiency Improvement Funds).
