Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing memorandum of agreement with the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Inc., Atlanta, GA, (originally approved by G&C on 7/14/21, item #16), for support in the Overdose Response Strategy High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, by exercising a renewal option and extending the completion date from July 31, 2022 to July 31, 2023. Effective retroactive to August 1, 2022. This agreement is at no cost to the Department.
