Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with STCHealth, LLC, Scottsdale, AZ, (originally approved by G&C on 10/21/15, item #11), for technical development support for the New Hampshire Electronic Disease Surveillance System, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $226,851 from $3,024,609 to $3,251,460 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2022. 100% General Funds.
