Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC, d/b/a CWS Fence & Guardrail Co., Andover, NH, on the basis of a single bid of $859,055 for removal and replacement of guardrail to meet MASH standards on various routes within Central NH. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $42,952.75 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 2, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
