Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the snowmobile club and at the property listed in letter dated July 26, 2022, for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and managing public snowmobile trails. Effective upon G&C approval through August 17, 2027. No state funding is required.
