Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a sole source contract with Cloutier Sand & Gravel Company, Inc., Stratford, NH, in the amount of $300,000 for road and bridge equipment rental maintenance under the direction of a State Park Project Manager at Connecticut Lakes Headwaters within Pittsburg, Clarksville, and Stewartstown, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Other Funds.
