Description
Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Research Triangle Institute, d/b/a RTI International, Research Triangle Park, NC, (originally approved by G&C on 11/18/20, item #99), by increasing the contract amount by $103,450 from $228,228 to $331,678 to allow for needed enhancements, modifications, and updates to the Amanzi Forecast System, and to extend the completion date from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Capital (General) Funds.
