Description
Authorize to award grant funds to Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $3,432,500 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2024. 58% Federal, 42% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, in the amount not to exceed $1,342,900 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund Repayment Funds.
