Authorize to enter into a contract with Thrive Technologies, LLC, Cary, NC, in the amount of $703,125 to develop and update the data management and database design to support the Statewide Longitudinal Data System data warehouse. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to 3 two-year periods. 100% Federal Funds.
