Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Town of Hanover (originally approved by G&C on 1/8/20, item #63), to update their Hazard Mitigation Plan. The amendment will extend the completion date from April 1, 2022 to April 1, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
