Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into an amendment to an existing lease with the County of Sullivan, Newport, NH, for approximately 16,206 square feet of courtroom and office space for the Sullivan County Superior Court and 5th Circuit-Probate Division-Newport Courthouse, Newport, NH, by exercising an option to extend the lease end date from April 30, 2022 to April 30, 2023 and increase the monthly lease payment by 1%, or not to exceed $18,757 monthly, and not to exceed $225,084 for the first of the 2 one-year lease extension options. Effective retroactive to May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
