Authorize to enter into a statewide contract with Gemini Electric Inc., d/b/a Power Up Generator Service Co., Auburn, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $300,000 for Generator Maintenance and Repair. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2025, with the option to extend for 2 additional 1 year extension terms. Funding shall be provided through individual agency expenditures, none of which shall be permitted unless there are sufficient appropriated funds to cover expenditures.
