Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Costello Dismantling Company, Inc., West Wareham, MA, for a total price not to exceed $754,900 for Demolition of Wilkins Building, Manchester, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 95.3% Capital – State, 3.5% General, 1.1% Federal, .01% Other Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $17,000 for unanticipated site expenses for Demolition of Wilkins Building, Manchester, NH, bringing the total to $771,900. 74.4% General, 23.5% Federal, 2.1% Other Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $17,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $789,400. 74.4% General, 23.5% Federal, 2.1% Other Funds.
