Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with WeatherGuard Industries/SMJ Metals, LLC, North Hampton, MA, for a total price not to exceed $137,000 for State House Courtyard Roof Replacement, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through November 1, 2022. 100% Capital – State Funds. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,000 for unanticipated expenses for State House Courtyard Roof Replacement, Concord, NH, bringing the total to $162,000. 6% Capital – State Funds, 62% General, 32% Transfers from Agency Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $5,700 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $167,700. 66% General, 34% Transfers from Agency Funds.
