Authorize the Office of Asset Management, Performance, and Strategy to enter into an Agreement with WSP USA, Inc., Merrimack, NH, in the amount of $1,000,000 for on-call asset management and planning services for various projects and facilities located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2025. The Consolidated Federal Fund is utilized at this time to encumber funds for this request.
