Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with F.L. Merrill Construction, Inc., Loudon, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $647,612.75 for the expansion of the New London Park & Ride at the intersection of NH 103A and NH 11. Effective upon G&C approval through August 11, 2023, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $64,761.27 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency requested is 10% of the contract amount. 100% Federal Funds.
