Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to amend an existing Recreational Trails agreement with the Blow Me Down Snowriders (Club) (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-22, item #105) by increasing the grant limitation by $3,760 from $8,360 to $12,120, with no change to the completion date for the purchase of a smaller Arrowhead drag. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
