Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to a memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-2-21, item #30), for continuation of the Ask the Question: Ask, Link, Collaborate Technical Assistance program in up to 40 selected medical practices that identify, refer, or treat for risk of substance misuse and substance use disorders statewide, by exercising a contract renewal option with no change to the price limitation of $105,000 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission Funds).
