Authorize to amend an existing contract with Northern Human Services, Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #78B), to expand a North Country Community Collaborations to Strengthen and Preserve Families by developing a regional health plan to address barriers to accessing resources that support families with young children experiencing complex stressors, by increasing the price by $30,000 from $600,000 to $630,000, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
