Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $1,964,072 awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act and administered via the Federal Aviation Administration to cover airport operating expenses at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease. Effective retroactive to January 20, 2020 through June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to award a grant to the Pease Development Authority, for ARPA funding to offset a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency for the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, in the amount of $1,964,072. Effective upon G&C approval through December 14, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
