Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $1,051,081 awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act and administered via the Federal Aviation Administration to cover airport operating expenses at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. Effective retroactive to January 20, 2020 through June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to award a grant to the City of Lebanon for ARPA funding to offset a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency for the Lebanon Municipal Airport, in the amount of $1,051,081. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
