Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source and retroactive amendment to an existing contract with RTH Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/22/23, Item #109), by increasing the price limitation by $134,103.70 from $1,850,495 to a total price not to exceed $1,984,598.70, and by extending the completion date from September 15, 2024 to May 1, 2025 for Boiler Replacements, Concord Prison for Men, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $5,896.30 for unanticipated site expenses. Effective upon G&C approval through May 1, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds
