Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into an agreement with R.W. Gillespie & Associates Inc., Biddeford, ME, for the purposes of providing materials testing and construction inspection services, for total fees not to exceed $300,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
