Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with GMI Asphalt LLC, Belmont, NH, for the Statewide Tier 2 Resurfacing pavement resurfacing project on 21 miles along 6 roadway sections in the following towns in Districts 2 and 3: Lebanon, Hanover, Ashland, Andover, Center Harbor, Moultonborough, and Newport, on the basis of a low bid of $3,743,702.85. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $187,185.14 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 9, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
