Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Stephens Marquis Associates Inc., Merrimack, NH, for the Milan project consisting of the upgrade of the existing underground diesel storage tank and vehicle fueling facility at the Milan Shed, on the basis of a low bid of $598,800. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $29,940 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 9, 2023. 100% Underground Fuel Tank Replacement – Capital Fund.
