Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive sole source contract amendment with Concord Coach Lines Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-15-19, item #37B), for intercity bus service from Berlin, North Conway, and Littleton to Concord, NH, by increasing the amount by $1,050,000 from $1,634,920 to $2,684,920, and by extending the end date from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
