Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract with Disability Rights Center, Concord, NH, to build and maintain a coalition of people with disabilities, family members, advocates, service providers and others to identify barriers and opportunities to expand the use of supported decision making in NH, in the amount of $50,000. Effective January 16, 2022 through April 15, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
