Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with AC Electric Corp., Auburn, ME, for the labor and materials required to complete the internal overhaul and vertical vibration signature testing of a snowmaking 1100HP HE vertical pump motor at Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park, in the amount of $14,850. Effective upon G&C approval through February 5, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income).
