Description
Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the NH Public Defenders Office, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $75,000 from the US Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program, for the purpose of funding a social work advocate to work with defendants in drug-related cases. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
