Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the Resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION UNDER RSA 162-I:9 WITH RESPECT TO THE FINANCING OF A COMMERCIAL FACILITY BY THE BUSINESS FINANCE AUTHORITY FOR SIG SAUER INC. IN THE TOWN OF EPPING, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND THE AWARD OF AN UNCONDITIONAL STATE GUARANTEE OF UP TO $16,000,000 OF PRINCIPAL OF THE FINANCING”. The action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine that the project financed will be within the definition of the commercial facility and will create or preserve employment opportunities directly or indirectly within the state.
