Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with the Contractor, listed in bold as detailed in letter dated March 3, 2022, for the provision of nutrition services to prevent, prepare for, and to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure older, isolated, and frail adults live as independently as possible, by increasing the total price limitation by $25,170 from $64,778,148 to $64,803,318 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
