Authorize to award a contract with Harbor Home, Inc., d/b/a Harbor Care, Nashua, NH, in the amount of $4,200,000 for Facilitating Organization Services and Program support for Recovery Community Organizations and Recovery Centers. Effective April 1, 2022, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2022, with the option to renew for an additional five years and six months. 66.9% Federal, 8.10% General, and 25% Other Funds (Governors Commission).
