Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries, Inc. of Dracut, MA, for Eastern Turnpike Resurfacing, Project No. 42264, on I-95 and the Spaulding Turnpike in North Hampton, Greenland, Portsmouth and Seabrook on the basis of a single bid of $6,215,741.45. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $310,787.07 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Turnpike Funds.
