Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell .54 +/- acres of state-owned land, with improvements, located at 8 Valeska Lane, in the Town of Salem. The sale will be to Jose, Robely, and Ignacio R. Cespedes, for $325,000 plus an $1,100 administrative fee. (2) Further authorize to compensate NAI Norwood Group for real estate services, in the amount of $19,500. Effective upon G&C approval. The parcel was originally purchased with 90% Federal, 10% Highway Funds.
