Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into project agreements with sub-recipients to provide funding and services within available state and federal funding programs for various transportation projects located throughout the state. These projects have been identified and selected and are part of the State’s Ten Year Plan and will be administered through the Department’s local project administration process. (2) Further authorize to annually report an informational item, within 90 days of the end of the Federal Fiscal Year, on the status of all active state and federally funded locally administered projects.
