Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Somersworth Police Department, Somersworth, NH, in an amount not to exceed $105,439, from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program for the purpose of expanding and enhancing the Prevention, Enforcement and Treatment program.
