Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Concord Hospital, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5/2/18, item #26), to provide mobile radiology and electrocardiogram services at NH Hospital, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $120,000 from $140,000 to $260,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022 whichever is later. 36% General, 64% Other Funds (Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party Insurance).
