Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Suzanne Appleton, Hebron, NH, in the amount of $15,000 to provide massage therapy services to residents of Glencliff Home. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2022 whichever is later through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 22.1% General Funds, 77.9% Other Funds (Agency Income).
