Description

Authorize the Division of Ports and Harbors to enter into a License and Operating Agreement with Granite State Minerals, Inc., Lowell, MA, for the purposes of outlining terms and conditions to allow GSM to install a mooring bollard on Division property at 315 Market St., Portsmouth, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2040.
