Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell approximately 0.65 acres of State-owned land situated on the northerly side of NH Route 101A (Nashua Street) in the Town of Milford, NH. The proposed buyer, the Town of Milford, has agreed to purchase the land for $170,500, which includes the administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
