Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with SHC Services, Inc., d/b/a Supplemental Health Care, which includes the option to renew for 2 years, and amend the existing contracts listed in letter dated May 18, 2022, to expand temporary nursing services and increase the hourly rate for temporary nursing staff at NH Hospital and Glencliff Home, with no change to the price limitation of $6,394,002 and no change to the existing contract completion dates of June 30, 2023.
