Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/20, item #16), to continue to provide transitional housing services for adults who have severe mental illness or severe and persistent mental illness, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $6,372,800 from $4,479,800 to $10,852,600 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
