Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell approximately 0.25 acres of State-owned land situated on the westerly side of NH Route 101 (Horace Greeley Highway) in the Town of Milford, NH. Charles Simpson and Lou-Ann Poor have agreed to purchase the land for $20,500, for a combined total of $21,600, which includes the administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval.
