Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management & Operations to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the State of Maine to allow the Department to bill the Maine Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Maine Turnpike Authority (MTA) for costs associated with Intelligent Transportation Systems improvements for maintenance and operations for the Part Time Shoulder Use System on the Piscataqua River between Portsmouth, NH and Kittery, ME. Effective upon G&C approval and continuing for a period of 10 years for the maintenance and operations of the completed project, in accordance with the Department’s 10-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. Project costs will be shared 33.3% by NHDOT, 33.3% MDOT, 33.3% by MTA.
