Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5/5/21, item #26), by increasing the total project funding by $54,000 from $159,757 to $213,757 for additional technology equipment that was not anticipated in the original scope of work.
