Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Berry Dunn McNeil & Parker, LLC, Portland, ME, in the amount of $100,000 to provide actuarial analyses of existing state health insurance mandates to provide their estimated impacts on health insurance premiums and provide the Department with a final report summarizing its conclusion. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2022. 100% Federal State Flexibility Grant.
