Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Wolfeboro, NH, in the amount not to exceed $735,000 for water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Town of Wolfeboro, NH, in the amount not to exceed $735,000 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
